Colin Tofts es pintor y grabador. Ha expuesto regularmente a lo largo de su carrera en exposiciones colectivas y solas. Hay obras suyas en colecciones privadas en Jávea así como en los E.E.U.U., Gran Bretaña, y en el resto de Europa. Sus exposicions mas reciente han sido en L’Escull, Biblos y la Galeria Isabel Bilbao en Jávea, en La Seu Universitària en Benissa en 2009 y el Café d’Art en Jávea en 2010.

Nacido en Oxford (Inglaterra). Estudió Bellas Artes, Cerámica y la Historia de Arte en el Oxford School of Art y luego se tituló como profesor en el Hornsey College of Art de Londres, donde también estudió el rodaje de películas. Trabajó en la enseñanza superior secundaria y en establecimientos educativos de adultos durante muchos años.

Ahora reside en Jávea, donde continúa pintando, haciendo grabados y exponiendo sus obras.

Colin Tofts is a painter and printmaker. He has exhibited regularly throughout his career in both mixed and one-man shows and has work in private collections in Jávea as well as in Britain, the rest of Europe and the USA. His most recent exhibitions have been in L’Escull, Biblos and the Isabel Bilbao Gallery in Jávea, in La Seu Universitària in Benissa in February last year and Café d’Art in Jávea in 2010.

Born in Oxford (UK), he studied Fine Art, Ceramics and Art History at Oxford School of Art. He then trained as a teacher at Hornsey College of Art, London, where he also studied printmaking, photography and film-making. He worked in secondary, further education and adult educational establishments for many years.

He now lives in Jávea, where he is continuing to paint, make prints and exhibit.
